THE FUTURE OF WORK

Clive Wilkinson Architects is known for its bold, people-first approach to office design. Their projects go far beyond function—they create dynamic environments that make work more inspiring.

At Intuit Corporate HQ, this vision has become a reality. The design blends comfort, flexibility, and sustainability throughout the space. It reflects how people work today, especially with hybrid schedules. At the same time, it sets a new standard for how modern offices should feel: bright, open, and human-centered.

“Shinnoki Ivory Oak panels infused the space with warmth and elegance, making them the ultimate choice for this transformative project.”

WHY SHINNOKI WAS THE RIGHT CHOICE

For this project, the design team chose Shinnoki Ivory Oak panels. They were drawn to the wood’s soft texture and neutral tone. The natural finish brought warmth into the space and helped create a calming atmosphere.

More than 500 Shinnoki panels were installed in the atrium and lobby—some of the building’s most prominent and visible areas. These panels do more than just look good. They add consistency, clean lines, and visual flow throughout the space.

“Shinnoki Ivory Oak isn't just beautiful—it's a design powerhouse. Its durability and versatility make it the perfect fit for walls, ceilings, and millwork, elevating the space with seamless sophistication while staying true to sustainability goals.”

INTUIT CORPORATE HQ BUILT WITH SUSTAINABILITY IN MIND

Sustainability was at the core of this project from the very beginning. That’s why Shinnoki panels, made from responsibly sourced wood, played a key role. Their use helped the Intuit Corporate HQ earn LEED Platinum Certification. That’s one of the highest standards in green building.

In addition, Clive Wilkinson Architects incorporated natural daylight, energy-efficient lighting, and low-emission materials. Together, these choices reduce the building’s carbon footprint and support a healthier workplace.

This thoughtful combination of sustainability and style proves that beautiful design can also be responsible.

A STANDOUT PROJECT

The Intuit HQ has earned praise across the industry for its forward-thinking approach. In fact, it’s been featured in both Design One Source and Interior Design Magazine.

This project shows what’s possible when smart design meets sustainable materials. Shinnoki continues to be a go-to solution for designers who want both beauty and performance.
