MILANOCON: A FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND INDUSTRY EVENT AT GENSLER DESIGN
Last week, the Gensler Design Center buzzed with excitement as Milanocon hosted its inaugural multi-industry event—a first of its kind. Representatives from over 20 architectural product companies came together to showcase groundbreaking innovations. Many were first unveiled at the Milan Furniture Fair and NeoCon 2024. The event blended a professional showcase with a festive atmosphere including cocktails and bites. The event was a celebration of creativity and collaboration.

Among the standout brands featured at Milanocon was Slalom Acoustic Partitions, led by owner Eletrra D. Pelegrin. Eletrra captivated attendees with a preview of her latest designs, which showcased an extraordinary blend of functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

These award-winning acoustic treatments integrate natural botanicals and perforated wood into lightweight, sustainable designs. The materials seamlessly balance acoustic performance with environmental consciousness.
